Catering for all levels of practice, from experienced specialist groups that wish to focus entirely on their practice 'Holistic Retreats', to introductory sessions performed within the realms of our additional desert tours. Sessions and workshops include Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi Kong, Meditation and Meditation with Movement. Art workshops are in painting and freehand. Music and rhythm workshops are based on ethnic drums and flutes. All other holistic groups are catered for upon special request. Holistic Treats For those who wish to combine their desert tour with one of these practices, a holistic instructor shall accompany your tour and according to your abilities, he/she will lead or instruct you in twice daily sessions. These sessions will take place at the most scenic points of the day, standing on a beautiful summit for example or during a dazzling sunset. Optional Holistic sessions are also available for groups who wish to 'Cruise Eilat' on one of our special, one or two day, Gulf of Eilat Cruises. Holistic Retreats For groups specializing in one or more Holistic Practice. Depending upon the preferences of the group these retreats can be of a tour nature or with a permanent base. A popular base is the 'Chan of Shaharut' which is a quaint Bedouin Style desert retreat center with modern camp amenities, situated near a small settlement in the Southern Negev (45 minutes from Eilat), above scenic cliffs that overlook the beautiful Arava Valley. In the Sinai Desert we can enjoy the warm hospitality of local Bedouins who will provide an authentic Bedouin tent for a base.
