Jordan tours- 1 day tour to Jordan to Wadi Rum
"In my case it was love at first sight. This desert, all deserts, any desert." The Journey Home - 1977 Edward Abbey

Jordan - Wadi Rum One Day Tour (Jordan tours) This unique Jordan tour leaves early morning from the Rabin border crossing where we enter into the Kingdom of Jordan. Here we board our 4X4 jeep, driven by professional Bedouin drivers (self-drive available) and ride to Aqaba. From here its onto Jordan's legendary sandstone area of Wadi Rum. The enchanting Wadi Rum is an area almost surreal in its distinctive beauty. We cross red sand dunes and explore the beautifully eroded pillars of sandstone rock, amongst the natural attractions are what have become known as ‘The Seven Pillars'. It was this area of Wadi Rum that so inspired T E Lawrence (Lawrence of Arabia). Wadi Rums beauty remains intact and it's breathtaking scenery is still an inspiration for those who travel there. We visit the famous spring at ‘Haz Ali' and the Hanging Arch. We also drive along the rarely visited but equally stunning trails just beside the Saudi Arabian border. Back to Eilat by evening. Lunch is included on the tour as is a visit to the Bedouin camp of Rum for tea and coffee. Tour to Wadi Rum, Jordan Price: 2 people $360 in total, 4 people $130 each, 5+ people $120 each.
